Refunds and cancellation
The whole product is usable for free before you pay, so you should never be buying blind. If you did and it was wrong, we would rather refund you than argue.

Refunds
Within 14 days of a payment, ask and we refund it in full. No reason needed and nothing to justify. Email us from the address you paid with, or quote the Payment Id from your Razorpay receipt.
After 14 days we do not refund a period already served. If something on our side was broken — the relay was unavailable, or a licence we issued did not work — tell us and we will refund that period whether or not 14 days have passed. That is not a concession; it is what you paid for and did not get.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve one, Razorpay typically takes 5 to 10 working days to land it, which is their timeline rather than ours.
Cancelling
Tell us and we will cancel. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops admitting committers beyond the free allowance — your rooms and your code are untouched either way, because a licence controls how many participants may write at once and nothing else.
There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no penalty for coming back later.
Changing your seat count
Ask, and we change it. Seats are stored on your licence record rather than inside your key, so you keep the same key. Increases take effect immediately; decreases take effect at your next billing date, since the current period is already paid.

If a bill ever arrives for any of those, it is a mistake on our side and we will refund it without asking you for anything.
