Get your key back

Your licence is stored the moment your payment clears, so it is never lost — even if you closed the tab. Enter the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt and we will look it up.

It is in the receipt Razorpay emailed you at the time of purchase, labelled Payment Id, and starts with pay_.

Why we do not look this up by email address

Because then anyone who knows your email could take your key. The payment reference is proof of purchase — only you and Razorpay have it. If you no longer have the receipt, email us from the address you paid with and we will find it for you.
