Lost the key itself?

Your licence is stored the moment payment clears, so it is never gone. Recover it with the Payment Id from your Razorpay receipt.

Need to change your seat count?

Seats live on the record rather than in the key, so they can be adjusted without reissuing anything. Tell us the number you need and we will change it — for now this is a manual step, deliberately, while volumes are small enough that a human should look at every change.
